About Katy Baker
Katy trained at Central School of Speech and Drama.
Katy is the winner of 'The People's Best Actress' in the Off West End Awards 2013 for her role of Flora Meszaros in Flora the Red Menace.
Since then, she was performing regularly with her band Four Femmes on the Thames. They have performed in such venues as; The Underbelly Southbank, The Spiegeltent, Leicester Square Theatre, The Hen and Chickens, The Hippodrome and many more...
Four Femmes on the Thames won the Musical Comedy Awards 2016.
Katy has written many songs with composer and MD, Gavin Whitworth, that have had critical acclaim.
Very keen to create her own work, Katy writes and performs in one-woman shows and has recently started stand-up.
Katy is a cabaret compere in various venues in and around London. She currently runs the
West End Wednesday nights at Bunga Bunga, Covent Garden.
She has written and directed Magnificent Bastard's Production of
'Shitfaced Showtime - Oliver with a Twist' Leicester Square Theatre and Brighton festival.
and will be writing and directing there next show 'Alice Through the Cocktail Glass'
That will be shown at the Underbelly, Southbank and Edinburgh.
